Some minutes ago the first fabricator published information about the GeForce 9600GT series, which wasn't presented by Nvidia, yet.According to an official press release, the device's chip clocks at 650MHz and the memory clocks at 1800MHz. The memory interface is 256 Bits wide and counts 512 MB GDDR3 RAM.
